How long until I get my first contract?

Though every market is different we typically see our clients getting their first contract within 30 days of joining our system, sometimes sooner!

Am I able to test out your system before joining?

We currently do not offer any trial period since we are risk free in the fact that there are no up front fees so no trials are available.

How much do you charge for each contract?

It depends on the ARV size, most clients pay 2-4% of the ARV (after repair value) upon deciding to take over a contract. and the range depends on estimated profit on each transaction.
